Obtaining donations are always an important part of any auction, but being assured the finest selection of items is the key to your success. How it Works: A fundraising consultant at Charity Sports Auctions will hold an in-depth conversation with you to learn about your event and understand your target audience. Once a clear understanding of your event is accomplished, we then begin to prepare a list of suggested auction items from our inventory of over 2,000 items. We will only recommend items that have a successful track record of success in your area. These items are matched to the demographics of your guests. Prior to your event, you will receive a list of all items to be delivered to the event along with their flat consignment price (no percentages taken). Based on the location and responsibilities necessary to execute a well run auction, there may be a one time management fee required. The program is designed and executed to run smoothly and professionally with our first class services. We are on site managing every aspect of the auction process from set up 2-3 hours prior to the event up until the redemption of all auction items at it's conclusion. In addition, all items are repacked and ready to take home safely. As a courtesy to the event and the guests, CSA offers professional drop ship services to all guests. Within two days after your event, you will receive an electronic breakdown of all items sold which includes the consignment price, the high bid, proceeds from each item, and the contact info of the winners.
